Except that the Republicans are not going to score points with this. It is going to backfire badly on them.

Imagine when this bill starts to take effect and random high school officials start making 16-year-old girls expose themself in order to compete. That's going to go over well with parents of those 16 year old girls don't you think?

"We should address this - but I, for one, don't know how to address this. Any ideas?"

I don't think it is a big enough problem to worry about. It seems pretty rare and not meaningful.
