No, it doesn't. I'm unwilling to grant the talking point that "The GOP is taking away health insurance from millions" unless somebody shows their work.

During Obama's term one feature of it was him putting as many people on the public dole as they could find, whether they could work or not. The BBB is supposedly putting work requirements back in so that people who are fully able to fund their own healthcare, do so.
