Their "claimed" agenda is irrelevant. Throw them in jail until he is returned. Better yet, identify them as members of MS-13 and lock them up in the El Salvador prison. Suddenly, their body parts will get *really* "twisted". Courts can hold them in contempt for a LONG time if they do not cooperate. There will be serious consequences as a result.
