last night was trivia night at a local bar with friends. One of my friends was explaining to his wife that she was on ACA, and that if subsidies were cut or eliminated ACA was going to become very expensive. They're all Republicans, one woman spat out Obamacare wasn't affordable, and I told her many people get a shock at tax time if they don't get their income right when talking to the agent. That I went down to a PPO on mine to get my wife on with reasonable cost because I thought ACA would take a hit from congress.
