The GOP is refusing to even talk with Democrats about the budget, let alone negotiate. It seems Donald Trump wants a shutdown to try and blame Democrats for his crashing economy.

The Republicans control the Supreme Court, the Executive Branch, the House, and the Senate.

Of course it will be the Democrats fault.
