As I understand it, two different judges almost simultaneously ruled that the Felon can't cut off SNAP. So I'm not sure "half benefits" is going to be good enough. I didn't read the rulings, so maybe there's a loophole? The article I read implied they simply ruled "you can't do that, period". ~OPG
