Between Thursday 1/26 and today, Emerging Markets (EEM), Foreign Developed ($MSEAFE) and US Small Caps ($DJUSS) all flipped bullish on their respective 99Day / DBEs.

The two assets that have not yet: US Large Caps (SPY) and the Naz ($COMPQ).
