-The truck was rented in Mexico in November and went over the border then
-Bollards that were supposed to be in place to stop this sort of thing were. Ring replaced, so they had a cop car there instead
-The suspect drove right around the cop car and accelerated down the street (immediately chased by the cop car)
-Now reports say there is video of more people planting improvised explosive devices around
