I'm not up on politics from places like PA or MI, so I don't know whom might be chosen. I suspect it wouldn't be Manchin (WV...not a swing state, I don't think), though that would be a bold choice (not sure if good or bad). He already quashed speculation that he would try to run for POTUS.
