So, apparently the Felon doesn't like it. However, it's not a federal issue (to the best of my knowledge). It's Manhattan streets. A city matter. So I don't think he can issue an EO that is remotely relevant. Not that this has stopped him yet...a lot of his EOs are already injuncted and/or in court.

I suppose he could withhold federal funding from the city/state. But why would they need "federal approval" if these aren't interstates (where the feds would have a say)?
