There’s a very old and obese crazy man rambling incoherently and making up fictional stories.

Actually, this is the most coherent I've heard him be in quite a while. Of course, he's still lying profusely about what his past actions were and what he intends to do, but at least he's not rambling incoherently about crazy stuff.
