Fox is already lying with headlines that Trump has been cleared of the Jan 6 and Documents charges.

He wasn't cleared. The cases were dropped because of that DOJ internal rule about prosecuting sitting Presidents. I know Jack Smith asked the cases be dismissed without prejudice so that a future DoJ could take them up again. I haven't heard if that request was granted in either of the cases.

We the people have been let down. Garland was too timid in pressing these cases forward. Now they will likely never be prosecuted to a conclusion.

But the law applies equally to everyone.
