So, Trump didn't outright say Milley should be executed, only that in the past Milley's actions would have been considered to be treason, resulting in death as the punishment. That's probably not historically accurate either, but I think Trump once again escapes accountability for his implication.
Often time Trump's bad choice of words are easily manipulated and used against him.
Trump bluntly says things as he sees it, still, his choice of words are usually correct.
