Mike, that's been being talked about for 30 years and I don't know what the hold up is, but I can guess. These folk get apid low wages, but usually get food and a bunk. If it's $3 an hour for 10 hours that's $30 a day, food $10, Bunk $10 - that's $50 a day for 10 hours of work. Just a guess example. That doesn't look good and now the Feds are involved in it, sanctioning it in effect. I'm not sure that's why, but it does look bad to me.
