At least in Donny's eyes:

Sheesh. What a surprise! Putin says Donny was cheated in 2020! And furthermore, according to Putin, "it's impossible to have mail-in voting and have honest elections". So I guess 2024 wasn't a fair election either? Maybe Donny didn't really win?

And just imagine Putin telling the US about 'honest elections', something he has NEVER allowed in Russia. What a crock. But he knows how to bullshit Donny and Donny falls for this kind of stuff every time. What a fool we have as POTUS; what a caspar milquetoast.
