Subject: Re: Ukraine minerals deal signed
I get something worth much more than Trump's "deal" if we back Ukraine and stare Putin down - something you apparently don't understand.

Diplomacy, strategy and economics. Those are what matters.

Anyway. Back to the man subject:

Ukraine's minerals fact box
Ukraine is sitting on one of Europe’s largest deposits of critical minerals, including copper, nickel, lithium, and titanium.
It is estimated that about five per cent of the world's critical raw materials are in Ukraine, according to United Nations data.
Ukraine also has significant quantities of rare earth metals, a group of 17 elements required to make electronics, wind turbines, weapons and other essential products.
Examples of rare earth metals include holmium, ytterbium and dysprosium. While these aren’t rare, extraction and storage is very complicated.
Some mineral deposits have been seized by Russia following the 2022 invasion.
