I didn't hear it so I went and found the complete remarks (emphasis, comments, mine) which seem to be taken out of context.

I don't -- I -- don't know the Puerto Rican that -- that I know -- or a Puerto Rico, where I'm fr -- in my home state of Delaware, they're good, decent, honorable people. The only garbage I see floating around out there is (singular, not plural) his supporter's (possessive, not plural) -- his -- his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it's un-American.


But, sure, Joe stepped in it in his rather inarticulate way, which is one of the reasons he's not at the top of the ticket.

I won't be voting for Biden.
