Apparently not. The Hill reports that Donald Trump has been dragging his feet on such a deal, quoting U.S. military analysts who say that they don’t understand the delay and that they are “mystified.”

Then they display an abject lack of understanding of the man. He cannot be seen as having to go to someone else for answers. Or help. Or even advice. He knows all. He is never wrong. His way is the only way.

Drones? We didn’t need them for D-Day, why would we need them now? He displays a singular inability to learn, to process, to understand.

Mystified?
