Lack of tolerance, political unrest, and economic strife will continue to drive people to the north, creating similar problems of tolerance and unrest in the north. The solution is unclear.

Perhaps we need a new Marshall Plan embarked on by the global north targeting the global south with the goal of lifting them out of their hardships. But the confounding effects of global warming will make that especially difficult.
