Subject: DPAs

The first minute of the video is already priceless. While passing an anti-corruption law in 2012, they had a debate with an anti-corruption activist and a pro-corruption person. I'll give you one guess who was "pro".

To the main topic, if I were POTUS I would forbid my DOJ to enter into any DPAs. None. Anyone who entertains it is fired. If a corporation (or bank) goes out of business, so be it. They "misbehaved", they should pay the penalties. And the senior officers should not be immune to jail time. Several examples are cited in the piece, including Boeing and HSBC. I already knew Boeing should be facing heavy fines with their slip-shod designing and building of -for example- 737MAX. Didn't know about HSBC, but they shouldn't even exist anymore given their blatant flouting of the law.

It's a good, and maddening, piece.
