Not something one would do lightly--good labour relations are worth a lot.
But if they were saying the things that Berkshire says they were saying, perhaps it was necessary.

They say "We view the lawsuit as an attempt to silence us".
Well, duh, yeah, if that's the stuff you're saying : )
