The Air Force has been asked to figure out a way to upgrade the plane, which has an estimated worth of about $200 million, so it can be put into use as the president’s new Air Force One.

So, of course, it is not a huge $400 million gift to the US, it is a grift for Trump and will cost taxpayers god knows how much to make it into Air Force One.
