Subject: 2028 and No Bad Ideas
Sorry, guys, but in 2028 you've got a very thin bench and a lot of Bad Ideas.

Here, let's hear from the last democrat - that no democrat was allowed to choose in the primary - as to what she thinks are No Bad Ideas:

https://x.com/PatAdams96/statu...

- Abolishing the Electoral College
- Packing the Supreme Court
- Making Puerto Rico and D.C. states

“We’ve got to neutralize these red states from cheating!”

Hahahahahahaha. That's a list of nothing BUT Bad Ideas. Good luck getting rid of the Electoral College; you need to Amend the Constitution and the left doesn't have near the votes for that.
When you've benefited from a tilted playing field for so long, it looks rEaLlY unFaIr yOu gUyS when the playing field is suddenly leveled.

BTW as blue states bleed residents to red states - who are fleeing bad governance in search of good governance - you'll see the Electoral College counts in the blues drop and red *increase*. By my reckoning the max number of EV's the blue states can deliver in 2028 is now only around 303...and to do that the democrats need to sweep ALL of NC, VA, PA, WI, MI, AZ and NV.

Is that likely? Even if it is...that's not much of a margin.

The GOP's ceiling is 325 by winning AZ, WI, MI, PA, NC and VA. Of those Virginia is the least likely.
Meanwhile, in 2030 when the census comes around, CA, IL, WA, NY and other blue states will continue to lose seats.

If you think that Jon Ossof and Raphael Warnock have "Presidential timber" to them...I don't know what to tell you. The two candidates your party should be focusing on are Andy Beshear and Josh Shapiro. Beshear won't work because he might not win his home state and he's from icky Kentucky (the left hates Flyover Country). Shapiro won't work because Da Joooooooooooooooooos are now on the outs inside the great intersectional coalition.
