Can we cancel a POTUS, before his term is up, because he shlts on 50% of the country?

Caught an interesting discussion about how weak Vance is. I suggested he be disposed of, and Sean Hannity made VP. Can you imagine Hannity, as VP, running the Senate? I watched his show for some time. The way he deals with people he doesn't like is to simply shout them down. He would fit right in with this regime.
