Subject: "vexatious litigation"?
All litigation is vexing to someone. In this case, the Felon is vexed that a lawyer would represent an immigrant pro-bono.

Maybe albaby has input, but this seems ridiculous. If a lawyer wants to represent someone -anyone-, he can do it. And he can charge whatever rate he wants, including $0. Yes?

I'm thinking the next Dem POTUS needs to weaponize things in the opposite direction (i.e. Reps will hate it, MAGA will hate it). Then Dem congresspeople can introduce guardrail amendments that even Reps will support, and we can get some guardrails in the Constitution to prevent abuses like these in the future.
