Subject: OT: Friday syndrome?
I remember when, back in the end-of-bubble rah-rah days, the stock market would get "weekend disease" when it would deteriorate and then tank before the close as people were gun-shy about announcements over the weekend. Considering the recent timing of news from the White House, I wonder if this phenonium will repeat?
While the good (bad for stocks) new of an increase in employment should be pleasing, it increases the probability of a Fed hike. Maybe some are "curious" about a flood of Truth Social posts this weekend.
