LurkerMom: And yet, her mission was to save the lives of the child in the womb.
How is "her mission" relevant? She broke the law. She was arrested. She was found guilty and sentenced. Although I am not surprised that someone who does not believe in habeas corpus believes that individuals on a mission do not need to adhere to the rule of law while others who they detest deserve no protections under the law.
LurkerMom: Oh my, lookee here, a champion for pregnant illegal aliens breaking the Law entering America so to give their unborn child a birthright citizenship and collecting all the freebies at the expense of the American taxpayer.
Although it's been explained to you dozens of times you never seem to understand that not all migrants here are here illegally. Certainly not all arrive here pregnant. And undocumented immigrants, including DACA holders, are ineligible to receive most federal public benefits, including means-tested benefits such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, regular Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
Undocumented immigrants are ineligible for health care subsidies under the Affordable Care Act and are prohibited from purchasing unsubsidized health coverage on ACA exchanges.
Undocumented immigrants may be eligible for a handful of benefits that are deemed necessary to protect life or guarantee safety in dire situations, such as access to treatment in hospital emergency rooms but then evidently republicans would be happy to just watch them die.
