My description implies possible real world solutions such as: Better training; better vetting; maybe psychological testing; and so forth. Of course my real world take also implies that any real world solutions will require more funding of ICE, not less, and certainly not elimination of ICE.
Why would it necessarily require more funding rather than more time and care? Why does training, vetting, and testing need to be done in such slapdash fashion? Trump and his Administration never seem to try to get things right, through quality service and abiding by the laws in place. Instead, they rush, rush, rush, and damn the consequences. Marco, does that not bother you?
