Why would they do this on a Friday? Isn't that document dump day because Friday the American Sheeple think it's the weekend and don't pay attention?

Another 10 days to go - if no course change I'll be convinced he doesn't want to win and the contributions are paying off his debts and setting up a slush fund for a grandkid or whatever.
