Biden is no longer relevant. He's a lame duck. Kamala (hopefully) is the next 8 years. So if Dubya says something about -for example- Israel, who cares? He's not relevant to the convict's campaign, either. Though I find it amusing that Dubya's daughter is voting for Harris (still not relevant, but amusing). We all have freedom of speech, and some of us have larger platforms (like Obama, Biden, Dubya, etc). If they choose to exercise that, that doesn't mean they speak for Harris. Or the convict, for that matter.

All to say, a big "nothing-burger" (as you like to say).
