There is no “moral center” to Donald Trump, other than the inviolate rule:

"Whatever serves my personal interests as I perceive them right now- that is what I’m going to do."

And of course, the infamous “Yeah, there is one thing. My own morality. My own mind. It’s the only thing that can stop me,” I.e., not Congress, not the Judiciary, not the voters. 😡
