Wow, I had no idea it was that high. Still I would include suicidal among the crazies.

Then there's the suicide belt out West in the USA. There's a theory it exists due to the altitude, but I think it's isolation, cold, with a mix of masculinity requiring rugged self reliance and being stoic, and guns.
