Like it doesn't take time to investigate crimes, gather evidence, question witnesses, impanel a grand jury, and seek indictments. And a long time at that when you're talking about indicting a former president, for crying out loud.

Also... it bears repeating that it's "virtually unheard of scenario" because it's the USA has never had to deal with a fraud/liar/cheat/criminal of this caliber; a amoral guy who knows no shame for manipulate millions via avenues that did not exist before global internet.

It is not hyperbole to compare Trump's tactics to those used by the 3rd Reich; tactics that are intensified by internet 'magic.'
