Subject: Re: Monhish Pabrai adds to his position
Over on the COBF board there is an elaborate discussion of Pabrai's public investment fund record over the last 20 years vs. the S & P. He underperformed by 400%.
Like many other names in the head of investors calling him out will not remotely begin to slow those who will tout both him and his stock "picks" even when those choices are crazy short lived and have a very bad outcome. But it is what it is and the fact that he was promoting himself through Brookfield for a very short while tells me more about it being less successful than he wanted. It says nothing about Brookfield when he buys or sells.
