Interesting Dope, but we're past that, or at least I am. There wasn't a motivation behind it, so it looks like a DVE. This means it's our own domestic violent extremist - mostly violent splash. We have so many operations going on in government, that we should expect a few exposures in areas that haven't been reviewed in a while. Time to tighten up discipline and tactics in that area.
