My credit union decided to "upgrade" their system and broke the interface which allows their information to be shared with sites like MINT, Simplifi, etc. It took them SEVEN MONTHS to get it fixed.

Raymond James uses a vendor's software pkg to run predictive models for customers to plan retirement investments/incomes. I noticed something odd with RMDs in one report -- they weren't being taken out as income nor factored into the tax calculations. I tried to get action but, well, nobody else was complaining so no action will be taken.
