You are aware that Puerto Rico is part of the USA, right? And that people living in PR pay taxes to the USA? And that they elect and send delegates to Congress? (Delegates that can't vote on the floor, but can be members of and vote in committees. And can represent the House prosecution in an impeachment trial in the Senate.)

PR milking "you people" for federal money is just like Kentucky milking "you people" for federal money.
