Barcharts allows you to calculated NH/NL using a Weighted Moving Average. It is negative, while the Exponential moving Average is slightly positive.

As has been discussed in the past, the count of eligible stocks for this indicator varies with the source: GTR1, Stockcharts, and Barcharts count in somewhat different universes of NASDAQ tickers. For that reason alone -- in addition to the difference between EMA and WMA -- they will sometimes disagree. In my experience the disagreements are in the noise, and do not last long.
