That's the conclusion you wanted for the purposes you wanted. I just interpreted she has experience in seeing how these decisions are made - good or bad. She doesn't make the decision, and, as far as I can tell, she had nothing to do with the decision other than being in the room. Her job is to support the President, and that she did. She did her job.
