Although it's been explained to you dozens of times you never seem to understand that not all migrants here are here illegally. Certainly not all arrive here pregnant. And undocumented immigrants, including DACA holders, are ineligible to receive most federal public benefits, including means-tested benefits such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, regular Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.

Of course, the migrants who came here legally, waited their turn, had a sponsor and a job waiting for them.

In NYC, “Mayor Eric Adams’ administration will soon start handing out pre-paid credit cards to migrant families being put up in Big Apple hotels, The Post has learned.

The $53 million pilot program, run by the New Jersey company Mobility Capital Finance, will provide asylum seekers arriving at the Roosevelt Hotel with the city cash to help them buy food, according to city records.”

“New York City officials are boasting that a taxpayer-funded program that hands out $350 per week to migrant families is helping to set an example for the rest of the nation on how to manage the "national humanitarian crisis" created by mass illegal immigration.

Although the program has drawn opposition from critics who question giving illegal immigrants no-strings handouts from the city's strapped coffers, officials seem to think the program is a major success.

"New York City is leading the nation in managing this national humanitarian crisis, having cared for more than 203,900 migrants since the spring of 2022" a city hall spokesperson told Fox News

“States Must Pay Health and Education Benefits to Illegal Immigrant Families
When the federal government neglects to control the border, the resulting illegal immigration imposes an “unfunded mandate” on the states. The states must spend money on a problem created by the federal government without receiving federal reimbursement. Some of the state expenditures are for population-based services — roads, bridges, police, courts, etc. — which naturally increase in cost as the population increases. But the costs of illegal immigration are not limited to infrastructure. States also must provide social services to illegal immigrants, primarily on behalf of their children.”
