Subject: Re: Trump's Third Term?
But what part of the 22nd amendment would it violate?

Section 1
A. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice,
B. and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.

Certainly not (A.) since Trump becoming Prez while Speaker would not mean he was elected.
And (B.) doesn't seem to apply either since Trump would not have previouslt "held or acted as Prez for more than two years of someone else's term". And again, he would not be being "elected" in this case either.
