LOL. No, I just don’t think it’s much of an issue at all. I highly doubt a gazillion hours are spent on the recognition of diversity.

The right uses cultural issues (the war on Christmas, wokeness, DEI, etc.) as wedge issues to divide people and rile up their base. I think the left sometimes gets silly the other way, but I’d rather err on the side of inclusiveness than on divisiveness.

I’m much more concerned about putting incompetent people in positions of power.
