These particular migrants may not need all of those benefits since they appear to have found a way to be self supporting.

They seem to be the enterprising types who will take full advantage of CA's "Steal Anything You Want Below $950 per Incident" assistance program.

Meanwhile, back in New York, if you try to stop a career criminal from terrorizing a subway train the woke DA will toss you in jail.
