Fair enough, but "reasoned policy explanations" don't begin to address the pathology of Donald Trump.

And yes, there has been extreme hyperbole. Pick any of Trump's speeches over the past three months. They're filled with hyperbole and flat-out lies about immigrants, Democrats, some Republicans and anyone who dares disagree with him.
