So what is Biden getting impeached for? It's not clear, and it's possible that Biden gets impeached without evidence of wrongdoing.

When he made his announcement today to move forward with the impeachment process, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) cited allegations. Republicans allege that Biden benefited somehow from his son Hunter Biden's business deals. But there is no evidence that House Republicans have been able to dig up ' despite a year of investigating Hunter Biden on top of a five-year investigation by the Justice Department. WAPO
