Users just found a massive flaw in the government’s new health website.

As part of a massive overhaul to national nutritional standards, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) introduced a website designed to provide "real answers about real food". However, the service became an overnight sensation for the wrong reasons.

The AI bot was quickly manipulated by users into providing bizarre and inappropriate medical advice regarding the use of produce. Visitors to the new dietary guidance site decided to test the limits of the AI’s filters. When asked which foods could be comfortably inserted into the rectum, the chatbot reportedly provided a list that included bananas and cucumbers.
