I think that's the major lesson here. There was not a huge shift in Congress, possibly because Biden DID get out of the race. The House is virtually unchanged.

Yes, and Albaby called it and outlined 3 outcomes. We are in the third outcome, where we ran Kamala, she's legit and primaried, so there are no fights at the convention, etc. She would lose, but we have a good chance of saving the downballot. If we'd kept Joe, we'd have lost the Presidency and the downballot. I suspect Albaby's tapped into a political group that follows politics and he's probably been following all his life, plus he's great at communicating. Then we got to see it, and go through it. That was a great experience. I was feeling down and my spirits got lifted by how smooth that was.

So if Albaby thinks the nomination for Treasury Secretary signals that Trump is aware and doesn't want to tank the economy, I pay attention. He's tapped in. Trump isn't following transition rules and for some reason isn't picking up the computers, and some teams aren't meeting. I'd rather have a smooth transition with few bumps.

China mfrs some cars in Mexico that they don't sell to us. So trump can put tariff's on them and it will have no effect, but it's... China! :)
