Yes, that seems to be where we are in the decline of our republic...a judiciary with a Supreme Court that abrogates their duty.

A great candidate for their shadow docket. Just give a ruling with no explanation. They’ve been doing a lot of that lately.

Perhaps because they know they can’t give an explanation that will pass Constitutional muster…. and don’t care.
