If you spot anything interesting with these links, please can you post it on the thread? Thanks.

I went through the top 50 or so and tried to group them by sector.

- UK supermarkets - Ocado, Sainsburys, B&M, Marks and Spencer, Kingfisher

- Fashion retail - Asos, Moonpig, Burberry, Warpaint, JD Sports

- Takeaway/convenience food & supplies - Greencore, Greggs, Dominos, Kitwave

- REITs/property - Landsec, Hammerson, Whitbread, Grainger

- House building - Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon, Ibstock, Rightmove

- Small airlines - ICAS, Wizz

- Publishers/paper - Bloomsbury, WPP, Future, arguably Yougov

- Oil related - Petrofac, Energean, John Wood, Tullow oil

- Small medical devices: AMS, Judges scientific, Smith and nephew

- Mining: Yellow Cake plc, Anglo American

====

Greggs currently has a remarkable amount of short interest by UK standards. I think this probably reflects the high likelihood of bad short-medium term results causing a move down in the price. However, if something spectacularly good were to happen, shorts could be fried. I have no position in Greggs at the moment, having sold into the recent rally.

Please excuse any errors & omissions. I haven't included every company from the 'top 50 most shorted', just the ones where a sector seemed to stand out. I have no position in any of these companies, long or short.
