Umm, how so? Archer didn't even get a 'hello' from Biden at a luncheon because he was, you know, being vice president and talking with the Former President of the People's Republic of China but he did get a perfunctory note that didn't say squat.

Maybe I need to read between the lines where it really says, "Hey Devon, drop off that big ol' bag of cash at the usual spot. Hugs and kisses, The Big Guy."
